VSR2018 installer installed but not configured correctly

I am trying to distribute VSR 2018 to clients, however when I tried to distribute it to the first client I got installation error. Going to check, I found out the installer downloaded was only 120KB. Then I made a little check and in fact the softwaredelivery folder on the server is empty. Chekcing in symantec installer, it says that the installer is "installed but not configured correctly, maybe because of being not able to locate SQL server". How do I fix this?

Sounds like something went wrong during the installation (or upgrade) and the files required for the installer were not copied correctly to the relevant folder.

Have you recently upgraded to VSR-MS 18?

Support team will need to review logs I think. Can you please open a support case for this issue.

I don't think it's related to that issue.
