Hi There,

 

I just want to ask a quick question. Does Symantec do webcast with regards to upgrade procedures from BESR 2010 to SSR 2011? I would like to know if it is possible to just run the installation file I got from Symantec and let it run?

It's a simple process: just run the installer and follow the prompts.
