What solution should I buy and how can I restore a Virtual Disk to a Physical Disk?

Hi,

I would like to know what Symantec software should I buy and how to restore/recovery a Virtual Disk (.vmdk) to a Physical Disk in a different hardware using the 'Restore Anyware' feature.

The only way i can think of would be to boot the virtual machine, take a backup of this machine with SSR 2011 and then run a restore anywhere to the physical hardware:
