When under investigating SSRMS will be resolved

"Unable to access 'Manage Tasks' section of console in SSRMS" is reported frequently.

It is already reported in Knowledge Base as

This issue is under investigating by Symantec, I would like to know when this issue will be fixed for my customers.

Are you asking specifically about the role-based admin issue (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH170120)?

There have been a number of issues with accessing 'Manage Tasks' - the root causes are not always the same though.

Please confirm if you are asking specifically about the above issue with role-based admin or not.
