Yay they got in fixed kinda?

I guess I was rite I was given a new SAN number every time I purchased or renewed Symantec products and “Symantec Customer Business Operations”

Department resolved my issues and now when I look on the Products and Maintenance tab I see well I did see all my current products this morning I did see all the current products there were 57 entries and the newest SEP expired in 2013 but it’s all gone now I am back ware I started January 11 2011.

 

Well I guess I will call them back at least now I know who to call Symantec Customer Business Operations

They fixed all my products from 2007 and up are here

This makes it nice and easy to keep track of product key and serial numbers
