how to manipulate a web part into a report

Ok so we are going to implement SSR at our various sites. I want to be able to create automation reports that will target specific people for their sites on their storage remaining for SSR. There is a web part that works for this but when you go to it.. there is no sql code.. it is just attached.
I looked at every Inv_BESR_xxxxxxxx table and cannot determine any where I could get the free space from.

anyone have any idea?

Hm, the tables are the way to go ! Isn't there a table called BESR Backup Destination or something like this ?

i tried every one.. select * from then every table.. didnt find what im looking for..

Now I remember: I was told by a support technician that this information is collected each time you open the SSR MS console in REAL TIME.
