new version number does not appear after update??

In our BESR 2010 install, we started with 9.0.1.

LiveUpdate shows no updates available.

The 9.0.2 installer ran and apparently successfully updated BESR.

Help/About does not show the new version, yet the install date shows as today, Monday, December 6, 2010.

Anything I can do to verify the update was successful??

Thank you, Tom

Can you please confirm exactly how to did they upgrade? Did you download the full 9.0.2 package through FileConnect and upgrade that way?

Also, please confirm what operating system this is and if it's 32 or 64bit.

Thanks.

LU did not report any updates available.

I updated using that 9.0.2 from FileConnect.

It is a 32-bit Windows Server 2003 Enterprise OS with Exchange 2003 on it.

Thank you, Tom

I've just tested this here and cannot reproduce what you are seeing.

Can you please confirm the exact filename of the download from FileConnect that you used for the upgrade?

setup.exe is the filename from the Install folder, its version is 9.0.2.37914

all files extracted from BESR_2010_9.0.2.37914_Multilingual_Product.zip's ISO

vprosvc.exe still says 9.0.1.36527 version

Should I uninstall and reinstall, what??

Thank you, Tom
