not able to run the BESR-MS installer

I am not able to run the BESR-MS installer, getting blank  screen after the symantec logo.

Running win 2k3 32 bit, 2 GB RAM, IE7, IIS ans ASP.net installed.Downloaded  the iso from the Fileconnect and when running the exe gets blank screen after symantec logo.

Any Suggestion?????

Are there any errors logged in Event viewer??

Also check if BESRinst.log file is created where you can find the error (if any) occurred during the installation.
