Yes you can - but you can only restore to the SAME hardware. Restore to different hardware is not supported with the Linux edition of System Recovery.

2 - can you some help me how can do this with symantec system recovery for linux edition ?

Backup Exec only protects data on Linux servers, it is not designed for full disaster recovery. System Recovery can do this though.
Maybe the following will help? http://www.veritas.com/docs/000019555

thanks
before that i have explained to you and say what are my partitions now but step3 , 4 for restore i could not understand
3. Restore the boot partition using the command below
symsr -r /device/v2i -active -d/dev/hda1
4. Then create LVM on /dev/hda2 using the lvm tags as shown below.
pvcreate /dev/hda2
vgcreate VolGroup00 /dev/hda2
lvcreate -n LogVol00 /dev/VolGroup00 /dev/hda2 -L (SiZE)
what command can restore all of my computer?
Best regards

what command can restore all of my computer?
Are you asking for a single command to restore your entire machine? That does not exist I'm afraid. It's not that simple.
As per the User Guide (http://www.veritas.com/docs/000004206 - Page 30), it says that LVM needs to be setup before the restore is started.

thanks for your answer but i do all of above steps on the other system and it was ok i have get backup from these paths:
1 - /boot --> sda2
2 - / -----> sda1
i have 2 questions:
1 -now i want to know just get backup from above paths is enough to boot my os ? because my physical system now can not boot and all of my partitions has been deleted ?
this is my output partitions :
[root@NG tmp]# lsblk
NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINT
sr0 11:0 1 3.4G 0 rom /media/RHEL_6.2 x86_64 Disc 1
sda 8:0 0 80G 0 disk
sda1 8:1 0 73.2G 0 part
vg_ng-LogVol00 (dm-0) 253:0 0 24.4G 0 lvm /
vg_ng-LogVol03 (dm-1) 253:1 0 10.8G 0 lvm [SWAP]
vg_ng-LogVol01 (dm-2) 253:2 0 24.4G 0 lvm /home
vg_ng-LogVol02 (dm-3) 253:3 0 13.7G 0 lvm /usr
sda2 8:2 0 6.8G 0 part /boot
2 - now before restore i have to create below partitions ?
sda 8:0 0 80G 0 disk
vg_ng-LogVol00 (dm-0) 253:0 0 24.4G 0 lvm /
vg_ng-LogVol03 (dm-1) 253:1 0 10.8G 0 lvm [SWAP]
vg_ng-LogVol01 (dm-2) 253:2 0 24.4G 0 lvm /home
vg_ng-LogVol02 (dm-3) 253:3 0 13.7G 0 lvm /usr
sda2 8:2 0 6.8G 0 part /boot
3 - when my os not boot and all of my data lost i have to boot my system with system recovery disk that has been created before system damage for restore i have to just use these commands when my system start in shell with system recovery disk?
03-24-2016 09:06 AM
i have do these steps :

vg_ng-LogVol01 (dm-2) 253:2 0 24.4G 0 lvm /home
vg_ng-LogVol02 (dm-3) 253:3 0 13.7G 0 lvm /usr
symsr -r /mnt/cd/system_sda1-LogVol00.v2i -d /dev/mapper/vg_ng-Logvol00
symsr -r /mnt/cd/system_sda1-LogVol01.v2i -d /dev/mapper/vg_ng-Logvol01
