ssr 21 and 4k screen resolution

From a 21 version I would have expected to get a full 4k screenresolution support and not seeing something like this. Happened after clicking on a link in a dialog box. When SSR21 is start, everything is normal (well, looking a bit blurry), but after clicking on a link window size is re-scaled.

I attached a zip file with 2 screenshots that I took on Windows 10. Does this setting resolve your issue?

Start -> [Settings] icon -> [System (Display, notifications, power)] -> [Display] in left pane.

Please change "100% (Recommended)" in [Change the size of text, apps and other items] to "175%".
