Hello,

We are using

Novell Client Novell Client 4.91 SP5 for Windows (IR1)

Symantec System Recovery 2011 (10.0.2.44074)

on windows 2000 and windows XP workstations

and we are facing very slow login process (using NWgina)

using MSCONFIG, we have disabled every non-windows services and reactivated those services one by one

-> slow logins are caused by "Symantec Management Agent" (AeXNSAgent.exe)

because when this service is disabled, login time is OK

we have activated "userenvdebuglogs" but nothing relevant

Please help :)

Hi thanks for those known issues

unfortunatly,

  1. we don't have any 0kb file
  2. perfmon doesn't show any high CPU utilization

Do you think we should apply those KB even if we don't have same problem ?
