hi i am facing following problem. When i click on the BESR 2010 i get the following screen and i not able to create any task.

why it is taking so much time.

i done steps below

1.kill the all processes VProsvc.exe Vprotray and restarted the BESR service.

after that it is working fine update not required. in my case.

it is not finishing... anyways will try as sai by the thread in push agent interface...

also i m having BESR 2010 not SSR 2011

Which version and service pack of BESR 2010 do you run ?

BESR version is 2010 starter kit edition 9.0.0.35656

First thing you should do is upgrade to SP4 (9.0.4) using LiveUpdate (reboot required).

Is DMSRV-DC4015 = 192.168.50.10?
Typically if it gets this far we are stubling on a corrupt history or backup job file (i.e. *.PQH or *.PQJ xml formated file). Try the steps outline here: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH128218
