system recovery desktop - no source drives available in backup job setup

Hello, 

the user did a windows 10 upgrade.

it is a new installation of symantec with a new CD

Version: 11.1.3.55088

Problem:  no source drives visible - I re-installed , with deinstallation.

I saw that I haven´t got SymSnapService.exe   - looks like I only have SymTrackService

Error EC8F1780: Cannot successfully reconcile changes since last session.

 what can I do, thank you.

Currently, Win 10 isn't supported - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000081200
