unable to open BESR-MS2010 console site

Hi All,

i installed BESR-MS 2010 on windows 2003 server after that i trying to open BESR-MS console site but its not opening, i installed follwing products can anyone check, am i missing any product. do i need to install Altiris server product?

-  Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 Management Solution

·  Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 Installer

·  Symantec Management Platform SP2

Hi,

i am receiving this error "Server Error in '/Altiris/Console' Application" it suppose that Altiris server or client product should be installed right? using symantec installation manager.

Hm, try to reinstall the Management Solution.

Have you tried to reinstall the MS ?
