Hello,

i have an SSRD 2011 USB Recovery Stick, in which some drivers are added. Can i copy/paste the added drivers in the new one? Where are the directory of the manuell added drivers?

Yes, that may work.

BUT... this is not something that we can support. The recommended way is to add the drivers to the new SRD using the SRD creation wizard.

No, it's not that straight forward I'm afraid. When you add a driver to the SRD, they are embedded into the driver database.

You will need to add the drivers to a new SRD using the usual method (the create custom SRD option).

Hello again,

is this possible to extract this directory from the old ssrd recovery usb stick and paste in the new boot.wim?

With imagex i can extract both boot.wim, the old and the new. then i copy/paste the directory.

Is this an idea?
