Hi All, Here's an of why we should be locking the forum posts: https://vox.veritas.com/t5/Backup-Exec/Cloud-Backup-best-practice/m-p/827936#M352116 Unfortunately a spammer has entered the picture. Thanks! Craig

...and for some or other reason, while there are spaces and paragraphs, this hasn't come through!

I don't have any issue with closing old threads, so long as we can request them to be reopened, by a moderator. If it is an issue/question/discussion that is still relevant then it should be reopenable.

What is better?

1. A multitude of related threads, that are disjointed and not necessarily easy to find or

2. A single thread of a topic that is still current?

Meh! The threads deal with a question that is not really version or time specific... The questions and comments are pretty much all as relevant today, as they were 8+ years ago. VOX has bigger problems to fix, IMHO...
