Hi team,

We are deploying Veritas Netbackup 8.2 for our enterpsire system. We have some errors, problem.....we need to open case to support for your technical.....but we don't know how to create account to open case and manage case. Can you show me how to create a account to open and manage case when we have problem or issues....

You may go here: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US

Then in the top right hand corner, click on “Sign In”

If you do not have an account, you can click “Create One” to be taken through the process of creating a support account, and then can open a case online.
