What I s a Kudos (point)?

Maybe I missed something... but what is a Kudos point?

Do you get one per click on the thumbs up (by the way the text next to the thumbs up is clickable, but doesn't appear to do anything)?

Do you get more when you are marked as the solution?

Is Kudos given for anything else?

My points show 493. Where do I see where they come from?

About the text next to the thumbs up - when I hover over it I see the following:

Ohhh..  Sorry, I was on ipad. There is no hover :)
