Veritas has always been committed to helping customers and partners achieve success by offering industry-recognized credentials and technical product training courses. Veritas Education Services provides various training options, from virtual instructor-led classes to online learning labs. While on-site learning is temporarily suspended, Veritas offers free Best Practice Sessions and How-To demonstrations for customers to get the most from their investments.
All of the Veritas Education Services offerings are validated through industry-recognized certification. As part of ongoing enhancements to our learners’ experience, Veritas has joined forces with Credly Acclaim to provide digital badges for programs including:
- Veritas Certified Specialist (VCS),
- Veritas Certified Professional (VCP),
- Education Training courses,
- Veritas Sales Expert (VSE), and
- Veritas Sales Expert Plus (VSE+).
What is a Digital Badge?
A digital badge is a web-enabled version of a credential, certification, or learning outcome which anyone can verify in real-time, online.
You can display your Veritas badge on social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, in an email signature, and on electronic copies of a resume. This provides you with the ability to showcase your accomplishments and expertise. Badges provide employers and peers concrete evidence of what you had to do to earn your credential and what you’re now capable of.
To earn a badge, you must participate in an associated training program, successfully pass a Veritas Certified Specialist (VCS) technical exam, or complete associated Veritas Sales Expert product training and assessments.
As you complete the identified training, you will receive an email inviting you to accept your badge. This program is free to all participants, and you control badge acceptance and sharing.
