Veritas takes on hot topics from MS Ignite 2018

Presenting on the benefits of Veritas data management and protection solutions at MS Ignite 2018 to a crowd of event attendees.In his event-launching keynote, Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, spoke of technology as an enormous, ever-expanding opportunity in improved capabilities and the anticipated resulting data. With our focus on data management and protection at Veritas Technologies, Satya’s forward-thinking statements were especially enticing.

Veritas is uniquely positioned to help the world’s organizations identify and know their data in ways never before possible through its products and solutions dedicated to data management and protection.

At Microsoft Ignite 2018, I had the opportunity to meet and speak with numerous event attendees about the needs of their organization’s IT environments – to gain a clearer sense of the human element at hand in a world of “tech intensity.” And with each interaction I felt more pleased to represent Veritas at the event – in particular, in the breakout and theater sessions I delivered.

In these presentations I shared the latest technologies from Veritas’ engineering teams; from a demonstration of the newest from NetBackup – version 8.1.2 – to a showcase of basic interactive features of CloudPoint, SaaS Backup, and more, I felt the information #TeamVtas was able to offer attendees could allow them to truly take the reins of their data-driven technological journey.
