I have tried using Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Microsoft Edge.
So, no issue with the browser or browser cache.
Another example:
Select Backup Exec as product.
It will open https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/BackupExec.html
Type in the search bar: how to use sgmon
Select the 1st link : How to use the SGMON utility to perform a live debug of Backup Exec
Once again - Error 404.

Thank you Marianne. We are currently experiencing an outage that is impacting access to KB Articles. IT has been alerted, and is working on a resolution. No ETA at this time.

Hopefully there is some sort an alert system within Veritas Support to detect these outages?
We have been inundated today by customers complaining about the Support site. (Timezone GMT+2).
All I could do was to test and let them know that I am experiencing the same. Outage has been seen for most of our working day in EMEA.
