Thank you Marianne. We are currently experiencing an outage that is impacting access to KB Articles. IT has been alerted, and is working on a resolution. No ETA at this time.
Hopefully there is some sort an alert system within Veritas Support to detect these outages?
We have been inundated today by customers complaining about the Support site. (Timezone GMT+2).
All I could do was to test and let them know that I am experiencing the same. Outage has been seen for most of our working day in EMEA.
Thank you again. I will be working with IT to review the functioning of the monitoring environment so that we can catch these problems earlier.
