We are Veritas Partner. When we try to open tecnical support case for our customers with selecting create a case behalf of a customer it is asking for support ID, customer number etc we provide all of these but it didn't work nothing appear on the customer entitlements section. 2 weeks ago it was working fine.
I reach them they changed the system even though you have everthing (support id etc) they said you need to get permission from customers veritas support page to create case for them. But they didnt make clear should I get administrator or view or support role. This time I opened case via phone , I am going to try next time with support role to create case.
