Wait times have been a lot longer than normal. What is going on? I waited for about 40 minutes and got disconnected. I then called back in and waited forrever and eventually gave up. I did submit a ticket online, but still waiting! Veritas had pretty good support, but I hope this is not what I expect will happen going forward. May need to look for a different solution if that is the case!
I've contacted an internal resource to identify a route by which we can best share your customer service experience; I want to guarantee you are heard. I will update you both upon this thread when I've clarity on the best course of action.
