Is there a way to conduct a case sensitive keyword search in the Symantec Clearwell eDiscovery platform? A case sensitive search will help eliminate false hits.

Unfortunately, I was informed by Symantec Technical support that the Symantec Clearwell eDiscovery Platform does not support case sensitive keyword searches. I inquired about the possibility of a case sensitive "Freeform" search.
I was surprised that Clearwell does not allow for case sensitive searching.

Have you tried a freeform search, all fields for this are case sensitive.

this is for v 7.1.2 but this has not really changed since v6.6 so should be applicable regardless of platform that you are on.
