I have a customer who cannot view messages in the discussion thread view. They tried several case. You select the discussion thread view and it simply spins then nothing but a blank screen.
Has anyone seen this before?

Does this do it when running IE on the appliance desktop?
If this isn't a browser type issue, you should raise a support case as we'd need to look through the logs to see what's going on.
