Fresh 8.2 Install fails - Conf. Server

8.2 install failed with 32GB RAM not present.  Memory now at 32gb

Attempts to reinstall display message 

The setup has detected that no version of Clearwell Confirmation server 8.2 is installed.  The Specified command-line options require that the application be installed to continue.

Teminates.

Any command line options to force a reinstall ?

Sorry to hear about this issue. 

I would say that your safest bet would be to completely uninstall the confirmation server from Programs and Features, and run the confirmation server installer again. That is if it still shows in Programs and Features. If it doesn't you would need to remove instances of the confirmation server in the registry.

Uninstalled Confirmation server, removed registry entries related to the product rebooted and then the install worked sucessfully.

Issue resolved.
