EV Hold Data

Hi,   Please let me know how can we verify if someone has put EV hold via Cleaewell console? Is there any way through which we can confirm that this data has been put on Hold under EV ?

We are looking for a comprehensive data hold report that will show the case, custodian, source type and date range, etc. of any data hold.  The export doesn't show all information, particularly the date range.

Clearwell Discussion View - Messages will not dispay

I have a customer who cannot view messages in the discussion thread view.  They tried several case.  You select the discussion thread view and it simply spins then nothing but a blank screen. Has anyone seen this before?

Resolved! Printing to PDF - printing photos

On a case we need to print photos which are attached to emails for court submission.  Printing to PDF in version v7.1.2.33.2 How do we get these JPGS, etc. to be available to print on paper?

Resolved! Last left off prior to log off

Upon logging out, CW will ask if you want to be returned to the same doc when you log back in...or something along those lines.  You can also have it stop asking you about this function.  Is there a way to re-enable this feature?   Thanks!
