About Transaction Logs in SharePoint NetBackup

Is there any body out there knows if the SharePoint Incremental NetBackup contains SQL DB's transaction logs. If we do full and incremental backup for SharePoint, do we still need to do transaction backup at SQL server level? Thanks.
