Has anyone has to restore one domain controller when multiple domain controllers are backed up? Are there any additional steps required after the restore to get replication working again, or is it seemless?

For some reason it seemed to think the Active Directory database was on a drive where it shouldn't be. It restored the AD database to d: when the operating system is installed on c:. I removed all the partitions and tried again and it seems to work.
I tried it but it keeps telling me to boot into Directory Service Restore Mode. The event log shows a event of 1003 with the source of NTDS General. An additional value in the data is the error -1023%2.
