Hi Guys, I have to do a Disk to Disk back up. And can some one tell me how to do this please? The server i need to back up from is NT4(Source) but the BE is running on W2K and destination too. any help is very much appriciated guys as i am stuck.

one again i appriciate your help. I did adjust the block size to various levels and still getting the same block size error. The data was backedup using a scsi drive and trying to restore using an IDE unit. Is there is difference between and SCSI and...
