Hello all- My back up jobs just started freezing on the snap shot portion. I do not have the ability to change advanced file option we did not puchase that portion of back up exec 10D. Thanks
Restore the bkf file to a folder on a server by tape. Then Start\programs\accesories back up, restore the file using that restore that is built into Windows to another folder or the same. Regards
