Ever since I upgraded to BESR8, when I hover over the tray icon, it says "unable to retrieve information from the agent: access denied". Everything seems to work fine otherwise. How can I resolve this?

I did check when I had this problem, but I didn't see any errors. Now I feel like I can't trust the Exchange backups created by BESR. There is no way for me to determine that I really have a good backup.
