yes they are enabled and can open shorcuts just dont see the buttons. If was a normal client am able to troubleshoot better but will try enabling client logging in that way.

Have done all this in testing but dont see the buttons in Outlook when running from an RDP session on Server 2008 R2. Do you have any ideas what it might be?
