Hi Ado, I believe it is - yes. The reason being is because the backup is effectively a snapshot of a running server. When you restore this snapshot, you aren't able to restore the memory pool of that server at that point in time as well, so the serv...

The VCB Proxy and the Backup Exec 12.5 server are the same physical machine.I can confirm that this server can see the LUN's where the VM's reside. If I open "Disk Management" on the server, I can see the 2 LUN's in there as "unknown disks".

Hi, You're not the only one seeing this problem. I'm seeing it too - since upgrading one of our clients from 11d to 12. This is only happening for me though on a server running CPS also.
