Restore Event Logs in CPS

I need to restore some Windows 2003 Events Logs.  I can see that the C:\Windows\System32\Config folder and of its contents are being backed up via CPS.  When I go to restore it the folder is not available in the selection.  Anyone know why?  Thanks.

How to do a local install of CPS Agent?

The Push Install of CPS is failing on one of my servers.  I want to do a local install of the CPS Agent on the server but I don't know how to do it.  I tried just running setup.exe in the RAWS32 and that only installs the BE Agent. Thanks in advance.
