What OS are you running the unit on? I have found that the ejeck and the GRT is a work around in certain situations, but it seems to be an issue with the OS and autoplay.
is it in the device manager? Have you tried to use any tools like MTX to see if the hardware is the issue? Also verify that the library is in random mode if applicable.
The PV124T does not have a mail slot, it is an I/E slot and cannot be ejected to the I/E, it has to be either ejected with the web interface, or ejecting the magazine and removing the cartridge.
Have you tried to enable the multi lun support on the controller, I had one and the only way I got it to work was upgrade to 11d, but i didnt try the enable on the channel of the library in the bios of the controller.
