How do I disable archiving on newsfeeds. There are many users in the company subscribing to newsfeeds and the messages are getting archived. I would like to stop this . How can I do this? I am running EV 8.0.

A user would like to give access to his soon to be vaulted emails to another user how can he do this without the Vault Admin to become involved? I am using outlook 2003 and we are running EV 8.0.

ohh...thanks very much...I was thinking perhaps of an answer like under policy, shortcut Deletion check Delete shortcuts in folder and choose 0 days etc...do you have an answer like that or perhaps a KB link.

ok...How do I archive a users email immediately upon termination without having any shortcuts? Basically I want their Outlook client to be empty and I want other users to search their emails using archive explorer.
