I'm trying the power cycle now. I checked the drivers, and they are Symantec's. I note the driver date is 2008, which seems old. Should there be a newer version of the driver, or does that seem right?

Joshua, I ran into this problem, and your run-as-administrator suggestion fixed the issue. However, I'm a little distressed to note your suggestion was from 6 months ago, and the software is still giving this kind of error. Shame it hasn't been fixed...
