Error Running Report Error from Master Server {Server Name} no entity was found

When I try running any report I am getting the following error.  A window pops up titled 'Error Running Report' the error reads 'Error from Master Server {Server Name}   no entity was found' does anyone have any idea what is causing this?

I am running 64-bit Windows 2008 Master and Media servers with NetBackup 6.5.4.  With the NetBackup Software that I have I can easily install 6.5.4 to 64-bit systems however I can't seem to find in software that would allow me to install NetBackup 6....
