Ok. Problem solved. The problem was that someone swithed on Outlook Anywhere, so newly created profiles was receiving settnigs with RPC ower HTTP connection type. The EV policy wasn't enabeling buttons becuse of this.

EV is 7.5 SP3, Extensions are installed from initiall Vault installation, this I believe 2007. But currently I want to concentrate on why it's not showing vault buttons after automated profile setup in Outlook.

Hi All, we are having exactly the same problem, but none of solutions didn't work.We deleted, purged message queues,also backup is running every day,but we still have this problem with "Message dispenser will suspend processing".Any ideas?
