I have subfolder under the Inbox the folder contains 2025 archived emails , when I'm trying to export this folder to PST file through the EV administration consol the folder exported only with 1049 emails ... why this happened ???!!!

New shortcuts appeared.

When I disable an enabled mailbox then re-enable it again new shortcuts ( update offline vault & prioritize items to download ) appeared on that mailbox  .... I don't know why ???? 

All emails in the Journaling mailbox have been disappeared

All emails in the Journaling mailbox have been disappeared after the full archive using  Exchange Journaling Task . Now the mailbox is empty. 

Install new purchased enterprise vault license

We purchased a new license for Exchange Journaling service , the license has been installed in the root folder ( installed license ) and the Admin service was restarted but the Exchange Journaling Task failed to execute successfully .
