Hi I have downloaded the server pack install file but when running after a while I get a box asking for the Symantec Backup Exec for Windows Servers.msi file? Can anyone help as cant get the service pack to install. Thanks

Oh ok looking again it looks like I may have missed that one. So if I set this to 1 minute then a minute after the server makes the request then it will actually respond ok allowing the backup to complete successfully is this correct? Thanks

At the moment there is no connection at all between the sites its just something I would like to setup but not really sure where to start. Thanks

Hi if I rebbot the server the problem will dissapear for a few days but will then come back again. As you can imagine its not an option to have to reboot the server every few days to get the backup running. Thanks
