I installed NetBackup for Oracle8i, and as a part of it I had to run $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catrman.sql but I don't have it. Do you know anything about it?

I was wondering is it best pratice to change some of the netbackup services from local system account to a local administrator on the box. How aqbout the agent service on each box? Should it be local System or domain account ?
