5 different backup to disk locations on a USB drive (e:\Monday, e:\Tuesday, etc)
5 different jobs each set up to those locations (Monday, Tuesday, etc)

Ok....job just kicked off. I have done too much to this to know what fixed it. Formatting the drive, recreating the media set, rebooting....who knows.
