This problem will occur due to firewall also, can you please check the Ports 13782 , 13720 and 13724 should be opened both bi-directional.

Yes it is on windows, all other policies are running fine. Police WIN_ NDMP only not scheduling backup, everyday manually we are restarting the backup.
