There are 5 drives in the tape library and every 1-2 days will 1 or 2 LTO5 drives went missing. The issue resolved after we reboot the netbackup media / master server and /or tape library?

So by refer to this, what is the solution for this? Is it the BESR Basic is only apply to the Server Machine? However for the client machine what I need to install for? Thank you.

Hi CraigV But it doesn't show how to install the backup exec on the server machine. Is it the same way of how to install the Backup Exec Client? Where can I get the Remote Agents to be install in the server machine?
