0x80041b03 in your logs may be due to Index failures? Try setting the RetryAbandonedFailedItems reg key at the target EV server then retry. During a Move indexes are built from scratch at the target. It's only a guess, so bear that in mind ;)

Thanks for your reply JW2, much appreciated. I thought as much, but was hoping (a long shot) that someone may have come up with a solution for VV. We can edit the Searcho2k page so that's not an issue, but viewing VV cross directory is a show stopp...
If you have OVRequireOfflineStore = 1 set in your registry then you won't see the VV unless you have Exchange Cache mode enabled. In your Desktop Policy this is "Offline Store Required".
