BE 2010 version 13.0 Rev. 4164 (64-bit) running on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit, fully patched, as far as I know. GUI crashes and the error below is shown. Anyone have any Ideas as to what the cause of this is??

Thanks, I knew that was the case. What I am trying to ascertain is if I upgrade to 2012, what that will do to my current CPS usage. Will CPS simply stop working? How does the Exchange CPS transaction log backup job work going forward?
It's going slightly off topic, as I don't need best prctice for DeDupe, I need best practice for backing up DeDupe. If I simply do a copy of the data, you are saying that I could restore from a cloned DeDupe folder?
