We have several 5220 appliances on an isolated network with no outside access. I tried to uncheck the box in the appliance setup to disable Call Home, but it keeps re-enabling it.
How does one get that to stick?
Appliance is on 2.5.x code release.
All,
I have a client that's running CITRIX as their thin client back end and using the EV add-ins on that platform. EV access has been working perfectly.
As you are aware, the EV client drops a dynamic log file into the TEMP variable space upon Outlo...
My client recently decided to terminate their EV project and wants all of the users "un-vaulted" pretty soon. However, when we tested the Export to PST, it created numerous PSTs with parts of folders across all of them.
Is there a way to export based...
All,
Can anyone explain the logic behind the Export Archive to me? I have a very grumpy user who had her vault disabled and exported to PSTs last night. Her vault was of sufficient size that 6 PST were created, 1.5GB each. What's upset her is that th...
Hi guys,
I need a SQL script that will locate a single file that may (or may not) have been archived. It would have been an email attachment.
My SQL-fu isn't that strong, can someone give me a hand? It's fairly pressing...
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Yeah, that's not going to work. We're on 8.0.3 with no possibility of upgrading (due to the decommissioning) and don't have the luxury of exporting back into Exchange.
Any other ideas? We're looking at the SysTools PST Merge and Split at this point.....
I've never tried that. Although we are looking at 9.0.2 for the simple reason that our domain controllers are at 2008 R2 and 8.0.3 doesn't support that.
We've always tried to keep our PSTs below 1.5GB due to issues with corruption above that.

That's the first step - but if I find it, I need to be able to correlate that to the DVS or CAB file so I can purge it and prove that I did...
Ideas? (We don't use DA...)
We're running 64 bit servers, 64 bit SQL, and have a truckload of memory that EV can't utilize right now. So it'd be nice to have the enhanced performance that the 64bit architecture brings.
On top of that, we're getting ready to update our NetApp fi...
